Advertising placement
Payments purchase a variable advertising position on ClaimTop. Placement is determined by cumulative successful payments and may change at any time.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, sales, revenue, availability, or any other business outcome.
Payments
Bid increments are charged through Stripe Checkout. Successful payments are generally non-refundable once placement is provided, except where required by law or agreed by us.
Listings and moderation
You must have the right to submit the project, name, copy, logo, and URL. We may reject, suspend, or remove listings involving scams, phishing, malware, illegal goods, pornography, impersonation, hate or extremist content, infringement, or material risk to users.
Fair use
Do not manipulate analytics, disrupt the service, submit malicious destinations, or attempt to bypass payment and ranking controls.
Service changes
We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of ClaimTop. These terms are an MVP launch document and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad commercial launch.
